Flexible Training Base

● Flexible pose description

As there are two types of 10 items for each set, the training can be done before sleeping, and also with running or walking.

Count by sound. Training time (30 secs × 1 sets).

The training time is marked on the calendar for each item.
As there is a mark for each training day, The thought that "I can continue" will arise.

Custom make your own training set and create a menu.
By setting a daily item, MENU is useful because it prevents trainee from returning to the MENU screen but to proceed to the next screen.
It is also useful when doing circuit training.

Dont waste your money.
All I got was a white screen. Biggest waste of money ever. I can get a white screen whenever I want. I didnt Ned to pay $.99 to get another one.

This app was finally fixed this week. It is a great app.

previous 2 star post follows.
1. new update makes this worth more than a buck.
2. there is not another stretching app out there (that I can find anyway) with features as purposeful as this one.
calendar/history for motivation.
exercises are excellent (and finally make sense).
timer is critical (added new sounds is great).
The only problem I have is it doesnt automatically go to the next exercise as explained in description. I have not written to developer yet, so well see if it gets fixed once I do. Would be 5 stars otherwise.

seems like a cool app; good exercises, a timer, and keeps track of progress (really cool!) all of which earned it 7 stars - yet I take away 5 stars because I used it once and now all I get is a white screen when it loads.
Im on latest iOS on i4. reset my phone, reinstalled app, etc. - and now Ive wasted more time than its worth. would be minus 10 stars if I add my disappointment.

Its simple, easy to maneuver, nothing fancy and I loved it!

It great for me cuz im a dancer. But stretch guru is better because it doesnt crash and theres stamps to mark the calendar. But if youre normal just get wii fit plus.
